RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products sold by DRUMZZ are thoroughly checked and tested by the quality control team and are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition.
Return & Refund is only applicable if requested within 7 days of the receipt of the product. It is applicable only if the product was purchased from our own website www.drumzz.com and not any other platform. We will not be accountable for any delays in refund caused due to delays made by the bank, national holidays or any natural calamities / Act of God.
How to process Return & Refund
- If your product is within the stipulated return period, please contact us on email@example.com requesting approval. The returns team will respond to the request within 24 hrs providing you with number and details of where to ship the return.
- Please Self-ship the product within 48hrs after the return request is approved.
- Please make sure when you are returning the product, you pack it properly with all the accessories and original packaging. DRUMZZ Will not be liable if the product is damaged in transit during return.
- Once the product is received at our facility our technical team will inspect the product thoroughly for any malfunctions or damages.
- After ensuring everything the refund will be initiated from our side with all the said deductions.
- We usually process all refunds within 48hrs of the warehouse receiving your returns.
FULL REFUND is only applicable under the following given conditions.
- Any manufacturing Defect.
Under no circumstances, refund will be processed if the product is found to be damaged by the consumer. We will not accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. New and unused means that there are no scratch marks, or blemishes on the item and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
