Cancellation Policy

  To cancel the order

• To cancel the order please email us on care@drumzz.com including your name and order ID, or call our customer service number 8688100200 (Mon - Fri |10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m)
• If the order has been processed from our facility but the package has not been delivered yet, you may cancel the order by refusing delivery.
• If the order has already been dispatched then your refund process will be initiated only after we receive the original product from the courier.
• Prepaid Order: If you choose to cancel your order before the product is dispatched, the refund will be processed within 48 - 72 hours.
